Our heater suddenly stopped working. I called Turk first thing this morning, and they were able to get someone to us by noon. Very knowledgable, nice and patient. Answered all of my questions (i am a former electronic tech) and offered several solutions besides just replacing the entire unit. I requesting replacing other parts as well that were working but showing wear and tear. I highly recommend calling them first.

I hired Turk to install a new heat pump and furnace. They were the cheapest of the three quotes, they used Trane (recommended by Consumer Reports), their installers were patient with my questions, professional, genuine, helpful. The appearance of the work was clean and orderly and no debris left behind. They came back after install to help me diagnose a whistling issue caused by my zone dampers. Also their annual maintenance contracts are very economical and cheaper than a larger company I had been using. I am very pleased with the service my family and I received today with Turks. My boyfriend called and they were out at our house within the hour. The pricing was fair comparatively and they were very quick and efficient when diagnosing the AC problem. I will definitely be recommending them in the future. Even though it will take a second to get the part we need, I am so happy that they told us we could fix it and get a little more out of it instead of buying a whole new unit. They saved us a lot of stress and money too. Very impressed!
