This rather nondescript creamery makes great cheese, and they have a nice selection for sale at their office. It really felt like any other office during my visit, but the staff was friendly and I was able to purchase several different cheeses. I think the nettle cheese was my favorite, although it was just a tad on the too minty side I think. Their cheeses taste nice and fresh, and it’s worthwhile giving them a try. Their cheeses are available at this location or several other spots throughout the city.

This place is awesome! My friend and I went here for a cheese-making class and we loved it!

The Ricotta and Burrata class was incredible fun and has prompted us to look into some of their other classes, which we're already looking forward to. The instructors were amicable, helpful, and really helped boost the mood; plus, it was nice to be able to walk around and see everyone's technique for the cheese-making. We had a bit of a drive home after class, but they packed our cheeses so nicely and made sure we had ice packs. We had the best time taking a mozzarella class here! Well worth the 2 hour drive :) We got to sample some of the cheeses they make there during the introduction/instruction spiel and everything was so good! We ended up buying a few cheeses and the dutch pudding (amazing!!)

the class itself was super fun and interactive and the tour section was highly informative. Would recommend!
