This review is to exclaim my distaste for the professionalism & look of the school only. The students are great but it took 3 voice messages before receiving a call back. My first visit was in the evening & only complaint I had then was the background conversations being had in the facials area. It was a bit disturbing. My second visit was a year later. This time I started off in the nail salon. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness or at least the appearance of the sink area they had me wash my hands at even though I was getting a pedicure but I was completely fine with the hand washing. I think some of you need to remember this is a SCHOOL. The hairstylists are learning and your service is practice so they can do so. I absolutely loved my stylist Delany! I came in for a cut and she was so sweet, we instantly hit it off like we knew each other for years. She asked what I wanted done with my hair and if she wasn't sure about any cutting/styling steps she was about to do, she asked her instructor for help. My hair feels so much healthier now and I walked out with the hair style I wanted. I will definitely be going back to her❤️

I've had three facials with Kristin Coach and she's so awesome. I'm surprised that she's still in training. I had the Rejuvenate facial twice which includes use of a lot of additional treatments which was just amazing! The massage to my neck and shoulders relieved me of a lot of stress and tension from sitting at my desk all day. I highly recommend Kristin and will be booking another appointment for this week!
