“Excellent tree service! They took down a White Pine, 80-100 years old, which rapidly had started dying. We had hoped to trim it up and save it; however, shortly into the clean up it was evident the tree was dying. For safety issues I decided to take it down, and they started on it right away, and also were very helpful in pricing. The WHOLE CREW was so professional and task oriented, and every person in the office plus the arborists were superlative, and very customer service helpful. I did not even have to have the power turned off during the procedure. And they cleared the site, yard, and drive very well. They are pros in this dangerous field. “I normally trim my own trees because I'm really picky about such things. After visiting with the folks at Bartlett, I decided to give them a shot. I explained that I would be out there the whole time (I'm retired and do all of my own gardening and yardwork), and would expect the crew to honor what I asked for. Michael, the arborist I initially spoke with said that would not be a problem. I also felt Bartlett charged a fair price. (I got bids from two other companies, one national and the other local. Bartlett was the middle bid and closer to the lower bid than the higher bid.)
