“We had a large tree in our yard starting to overgrow our roof/driveway, and we wanted to trim it to protect the house without damaging the tree. The first company that came through the neighborhood took a quick look, spat out a cost for 'topping,' and left when I didn't agree immediately. Doing some research we found what topping is and how much damage it can do to the tree, and as part of that process we found Nature's Canopy and decided to have them come out to take a look.

Andy came out within a few days, talked me through my options, taught me a lot about the tree and his recommendations. They then sent an actual quote with photos and line items about what they planned to do - very thorough and no sales pressure, plus the price was a lot better than the cost we were given for topping.

We accepted the quote and the crew was out within a week. The guys were all knowledgeable (certified arborists!) and courteous - by the time they finished you could hardly tell they'd been there, except that tree looked great. No track marks from equipment, no branches lying around, just a much healthier looking tree.
