We built our house and moved in March 2019 in Westfield, IN. The builder laid a seed blanket with straw down to grow new grass after the house was completed. The soil was mostly clay and we struggled all spring and summer to grow the grass. It was coming in patchy and with all kids of weeds and other growth. We called Total Lawn Care and they came out and inspected our property. We agreed to aerate and overseed in September 2019 and they would treat our lawn 5-6 times per year. It's been 5 years since we signed up with Total Lawn Care and our lawn is healthy and full and would totally recommend them to take care of your lawn annually.
