Initially met with Matt who was great. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Very professional. Ethan came back for the chain lock install and was professional, efficient and very kind. I didn't have any cash to offer him as a tip and he was so nice about it. I could have installed this myself, but it was worth it to me to have a pro do it. I have used Tinder many times in the past for having my locks changed and been pleased every time.
