Great working with Thomas on the design of our headstone. They were easy to make changes requested and finished the job all of the way through delivery and installation!
Everyone I worked with was lovely, but special recognition goes to Rachel who was so kind, caring and patient with me as I worked through the process. There was no pressure at all and it was obvious that making their customers happy is their primary focus. This was a sad process due to its nature but everything was made easier and better by their genuine care and sincerity. And the work was beautifully completed ahead of schedule with thorough communication every step of the way.
They were so nice and helpful, and my parents Monument is beautiful. My brothers and I just love it.
