I want to express my heartfelt thanks for the exceptional care you provided during my brother Mark’s visitation. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted warmly and guided with such kindness. The entry area, the hallways, the kitchen, and the visitation room were all spotless, beautifully lit, and thoughtfully arranged. It was clear how much care goes into maintaining your facility.

I have a lot of family resting here—paternal grandparents, my maternal grandpa, cousins, and most recently, my brother. This place holds so many amazing people. The grounds are well-kept, and the staff is always kind. A peaceful place to visit and remember.
So strange to give a 5 star review to a place you really never want to visit, but the reality is, we do visit. Flanner Buchanan handled my mother’s funeral and burial. From beginning to end they made the process so simple. The entire staff was great to work with and you can sense they really care about doing their job and treating families with the utmost respect. I thought that was enough, but today, my dad received the nicest text message from the team just checking on him. Above and beyond. While most of my family is buried in Floral Park, I would still highly recommend Flanner Buchanan. Thank you Tim and team for the best experience under the circumstances.
