I love this place! I used to go to Friday's Hot Vinyasa class regularly & continued virtually during the covid year. But this was the first time back in so long & nothing had changed. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, & wonderful! Emily taught the best class! Her flows were just what I needed & the music was spot-on. Thank you, The Yoga Studio, for being the best!!

This is the best studio in Indianapolis by a long shot. I love the different class offerings, there are wonderful teachers and the energy of the place is great. Make sure to stop by if you're in Indy.
