Tom went out of his way to help with a Milwaukee toolbox that was on display since it was missing bolts. He made sure to find the similar bolt and fix it before purchasing. He also helped load the toolbox into the bed of of our truck. Thank you Tom!! Wonderful customer service!!

My wife, mother-in-law, and I were on a mission to get a specific item. We drove more than 100 miles to the store to obtain this item, which showed one in stock. Upon arrival, we noticed none on the shelves so we asked a woman working in customer service. She searched and called other parts of the store to find us the item. Two more employees and the manager, along with the original employee, went above and beyond to get us the item when they didn't have to. We all appreciate these 3 people and their amazing work ethic, their dedication to helping others, their professionalism, their kindness, and the extreme effort they put in. At this location 2 times this past weekend. Had to return a fan. On our second visit we were looking for an extension cord and Eric helped us. Told us about an offer, showed us where to find everything. The best Home Depot experience. Exceptional customer service from Eric. He made our trip simple.
