Online said item is available for pickup and on sale. When I get there the item was only available for delivery even though I was looking at a full pallet of them . After some needless waste of time, I walked out with my item and at the sale price. Took one star for the hassle.

Tom went out of his way to help with a Milwaukee toolbox that was on display since it was missing bolts. He made sure to find the similar bolt and fix it before purchasing. He also helped load the toolbox into the bed of of our truck. Thank you Tom!! Wonderful customer service!!

My wife, mother-in-law, and I were on a mission to get a specific item. We drove more than 100 miles to the store to obtain this item, which showed one in stock. Upon arrival, we noticed none on the shelves so we asked a woman working in customer service. She searched and called other parts of the store to find us the item. Two more employees and the manager, along with the original employee, went above and beyond to get us the item when they didn't have to. We all appreciate these 3 people and their amazing work ethic, their dedication to helping others, their professionalism, their kindness, and the extreme effort they put in.
