The staff is knowledgeable and does a great job helping you to both understand and navigate the machines. I really love the computer screen, which offers instant feedback regarding your effort and progress! I'm feeling stronger (and thinner!).
I love the small boutique atmosphere of the studio, the 20-minute duration of the workouts, the efficiency of the workouts and the fact that I can complete the routine in my work clothes. Perfect for a busy professional!
I have been going to this studio almost as long as it has been open! I appreciate the small studio that includes a guided workout each time I visit that challenges me but is also manageable to keep up with because of the short time commitment twice a week. I also appreciate the kind and very helpful coaches who support me and offer tips to improve my workout.
