I had to change my appointment time at the last minute due to a snow delay and TCK was able to accommodate it. Quentin arrived on time and was so friendly and knowledgeable. He even cleaned (complimentary) an area I did not ask him to include because it was in really bad shape. The value for the money is unbeatable!

It was extremely easy to order the services I wanted online, pay for it, and schedule the appointment. The service technician they sent out was David. He was extremely professional and thorough. He did an excellent job. I will use them in the future, and have already them to my mother.
