LOVE the staff here, never have experienced a rude encounter. Only bummer is this location has no newer beds other than the Ergoline with red light. If I could swap this staff with the Carmel or Zionsville beds - would be perfect.
I spray tan once or twice a year. I went in yesterday for a spray tan, but bought a day pass since they were busy and tried the wellness services. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable! Everything looked clean and maintained. The waits weren’t as long as showing in the app. I could definitely see myself incorporating the wellness offerings into my routine, and I’d definitely want to return to this location since it was well run. The whole time, someone was vacuuming, cleaning, etc. which made it feel sanitary and like they care about the location. Really great experience!
So helpful with the confusion on my account and being eligible with a text message promo i received. Was able to honor the promo that was sent out and get me in an upgraded bed. I really appreciated that today
