Today, they were closed due to the salon being too hot. I would consider giving this location four stars if they could figure out their temperature control situation. They are closed today due to their internal temperature controls. I’ve come to expect the closures during the spring and summer when external temperatures are warm, but I can’t understand why - when it’s 65’ outside - they can’t maintain a comfortable internal temperature. It’s actually quite annoying and inconvenient when they pull this in the warmer months but it’s especially unbelievable when we’re in the fall months and it’s still not under control. Read the contract before you sign it.I got a membership here to tan a few times for a wedding I was in. I know for a fact that the girl told me I could cancel or freeze my account so I signed the contract but when I went to cancel my EIGHTY DOLLAR A MONTH plan, I was told that I couldn't because I had apparently signed up for a 12 month commitment.This place is a scam.

First I wanna say Arrin does a fantastic job! I came in after a long day at work, in a total bad mood, instantly she was first to help and have a pleasant face. I have been coming to sun tan city for a while (new to this location) and she made me feel right at home. Excellent customer service, extremely informative, and just a joy to work with! I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed my visit and working with her. Wish more places had an Arrin! Lovely human being!Service: Tanning
