Stevens Mortuary has served my family twice now since 2019 and I am very pleased with the care and compassion they've shown. They respond immediately when called and their service team is extremely respectful. They take the time to provide very personalized service and answer questions. As an only child, alone handling the services for both my parents, I appreciated their attention because I had no idea what to expect. I didn't hesitate to call them again for the passing of my 2nd parent.
The pricing was a lot better than other places around me, and they list it clearly on their website. $1700 for immediate cremation is not bad, but then we wanted to see our loved one one last time and had to pay five hundred extra dollars just to be in the same room as the body for half an hour. Still, 2200 felt reasonable for everything, and that's what we paid in the end, however when we saw the bill it was a little off-putting. Instead of just 1700+500 it was divided up into a bunch of fees and services which in the end added up to more like 2500 dollars but then at the end he gave us a 300 dollar discount because we were concerned about pricing, so i guess that's...read full review
At a horrible time in my life I lost my daughter. It's a horrible thing to go through. Stevens handled everything with care and understanding. They were professional and caring every step of the way! I would highly recommend them and you won't be disappointed.
