You get what you pay for. If you pay $1.00 to get something cleaned, you will get $1.00 service. I have been calling and calling to see if my item is ready for pick up and no one answers. They pick up and hand up. And, I do not expect this review to make them be better. Again, you get what you pay for. That is the reality of business at the end of the day. Look at this as Basic Laundry Service. That is what it is. I am giving it a 3 because what I will say it that my items are laundered and pressed for the low. Quality of dry cleaning is okay (although I have gotten back items with stains that weren't there before). My biggest complaint is the customer service. Guy processing my clothes this morning is not too friendly and borderline rude. I prefer Zips Cleaners...professional and they seem like they value your business.
