5 stars plus more, if possible. My son is a first-time home buyer who works a night shift and John Dearth has been willing to help him with all questions after regular business hours. Having a partner in this journey who goes above and beyond essentially removes all stressors from this for my son, and I could not be more grateful to John for his guidance and responsiveness. Highly, highly recommend.
Would recommend Spectrum to anyone. Local, real help all along the way. You may think going directly to the lender will get you a better rate but that was not the case. Aaron was fantastic to work with from day 1.
