My semiannual check up and cleaning went as usual.
The replacement of my front lower cap was completed without need for a shot, and the process was completed without any pain. Thanks to all those helping ..

Always friendly, prompt, attentive and kind. Both dentist and assistant very proficient, working together to make me comfortable, informed and satisfied with the outcome. They are a winning team of happily employed professionals.

They're a very friendly group of dentists and hygienists. You don't have to be afraid to go to the dentist. They take care of you and are very concerned about your comfort.

Best dentists and staff around~ from gentle and thorough dental hygienists and assistants to great front office staff to all the wonderful dentists. They take very good care of my husband and I. We would highly recommend Southeast Family Dental! I can’t say enough good things. The staff are all so kind and compassionate. This is a excellent practice, and we always have a positive experience!

I wouldn’t recommend this office at all. Not only did they stop working with my dental insurance provider, they can be standoffish and pricey. Warning to anyone receiving separate perio care - this dentist’s office will code your regular cleanings (no special equipment is used, no scaling, no charting - just based on what they told me, they ‘go below the gums deeper’) as ‘perio maintenance’ - which means a regular cleaning (that I was expecting to be a free maintenance visit) costs $134.30.

This is a huge disappointment, I was initially excited to have a female dentist, with a female staff, but don’t care for the way the practice is being run (especially with the choice to no longer be in-network with Delta Dental). When I called to find out why I was being charged for perio maintenance, instead of the regular cleaning I received, I felt like I was being argued with. I’m not willing to pay out of network pricing, so I won’t be back & wanted to warn anyone else thinking about using this practice.

Caylie is great - tentative - not rushed - relaxed and attuned. Dr. Miller is also a delight and not rushed either - great experience every time.

The young lady that was the technician was superior..she was very effective in readying my teeth for Dr Jones and very pleasant, Dr Jones, as usual, was professional, gentle, patient and excellent.

I started seeing Dr Jones here about two years ago after my long-time dentist sold her practice after she retired. I saw an ad for them and decided to try them. The front desk staff, the hygienist, the assistants and Dr. Jones are all very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them!
