Schindler customer service is next to awful. We have a service contract for preventative maintenance. You know how much preventative maintenance they have done in the last 6 years....0. Now our elevator wont level out and I cant get a tech to come out to fix it. I have left messages for service, no return calls. Currently sitting on hold. I would advise to look for other service providers
When the elevators do actually work, they are very fast. However, they so frequently DO NOT work, that I will gladly give up the speed in exchange for reliability. It's only a 4 floor building.. Tired of carrying groceries and my bicycle upstairs. I encourage your Director of Operation to live in the building for 30 days and then decide if the elevator service is that what your company intends.
