Had a lot of dry rot damage to a fireplace chase that required framing replacement all the way to partial roofing replacement. They came out early, worked hard and got the job done the right way.

Lee came out gave me an estimate on leveling my floor, replacing parts of it, and installing vinyl plank flooring, and it was a fair price. He came out started work on Wednesday at around 630am. Lee and his crew worked until almost 8pm. He said they would be back on Sunday and would finish the job. True to his word, they did. He never once tried to sneak in "added" costs, or upsell me to something that wasn't needed. Lee and his crew were super friendly, cleaned up after themselves, did what they told me they were going to do, and in less time than originally quoted.
