Raphael Health Center is the best clinic in town - Dr Nathan Roth, the director, is the most compassionate and caring primary care doctor I have ever had in my 61 years. He listens, he cares, he advises, he follows up even. And his nurses as just as great. Dr Audrey Dickerson may seem young, but she is just as caring and excellent in her care as Dr Roth.
All the staff, from the front as well as the back, including support, nurses, technicians, they all make me feel that I matter, that I am listened to, that my concerns and questions are not an inconvenience, and that they have all the time I need to get the care I seek. The dental assistant Amy, she does not have no bedside manner. She’s very disrespectful. She needs to learn how to communicate with patients especially patient that they are in pain. She’s very inconsiderate. I feel like she’s on somethings, but that’s neither here or there. I wanted to get up from my dentist chair so many times but my tooth was hanging out my mouth. I was undergoing A extraction of a tooth and her bedside manners is horrible. She wants to combat she want to go back-and-forth she’s horrible absolutely horrible. that’s why I had to give them two star because I don’t understand how she’s even employed with their company everyone else awesome...read full review
Dr. Nicco Andrade has been my doctor for the past 2 years l, and I honestlyfeel so blessedto have him. He also takes care of my baby, Jaudeth, and as a parent, that means everythingto me. He always makes me feel that my health and my baby's health are in great hands. He is kind, patient, knowledgeable and truly takes takes the time to listen and explain things with care. Every visit reassure me that we are receiving the best possible care. I am very grateful to have him as our doctor and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a primary care physician they can trust.
