Raintree was hired through our warranty company in 2018. From the get go we had a hard time getting a hold of him to get things fixed at the house. When he finally did come, he replaced an attic fan, a few months later our house caught on fire because of that fan. We are unsure if it was because of the part he purchased or how it was installed. We tried to contact Raintree for months, even had an attorney through our insurance company try and contact him with no luck. If I had the option, I would not use this company unless you want to be out of a house for 11 months due to said fire.Service: Electrical wiring installation

I was hoping for an answer to my electrical problem at my home. I had a outdoor security light not receiving any power, and another outdoor light at the back door not working via the switch on the inside of the home. The technician examined the properties wiring "system" and said this is outdated and there are wires that need to be replaced. He offered no additional help. I called and left messages to see what else they could do and did not get a call back. I spent $125 for them to come to my home. Nothing was done, and it was a wasted $125.Service: Restore power
