I was given RR plumbing as a reference to restore an outdated piece of plumbing. Before going there I had been to several hardware stores and then a plumbing supply. Nobody had the part. When I walked in to RR they had the piece ready and it worked perfectly. Thanks for the great service and going the extra mile.

I've never used their services, but I'll definitely check them out if I ever need plumbing help in the future! I just saw two of their guys push a man's car that had died in the middle of the intersection allllll the way down the street so that he was in a safe place to check things out. Super kind and helpful, that was really heart-warming to see!

R&R plumbed the house I recently purchased, so I decided to see if they could swap out two (taller) toilets for me. I'd already purchased the toilets I wanted, so I called and left a message with their service line. A nice woman called me back within an hour and offered me an appointment the next morning! Can't beat that for service. The plumber Danny showed up within the window of time promised and was quite friendly/knowledgeable. He even had his own wax rings and didn't have to use those I bought.
