Based on customer reviews, Quality Control Plumbing, Heating, & Air provides excellent plumbing services. Customers have had great experiences, describing the team as professional, kind, and amazing. They are known for going above and beyond expectations. The technicians are able to find issues quickly and complete repairs efficiently, leaving the work area clean. For bigger jobs like bathroom remodels, they have done way more than asked and still came in 25% under the estimate. They are very reasonably priced and do an excellent job from planning to execution. The end result is very clean and looks great. They even pay attention to all the little details. Customers say these guys always go above and beyond for their customers. They are professional, timely, and at a good price. Customers will call them for all their plumbing needs going forward and say they are worth every penny.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I had a great experience with Quality Plumbing and would give them 10 stars if that was available. We were visiting my parents in Indy and realized they had an issue with the water pressure at the kitchen faucet. I called after reading their reviews and thankfully they had a last-minute cancellation and were able to come out the same day. Matt and Kyle were amazing. They were not only professional, but kind. I’ve never left a review before, but Nick and Kyle at Quality Control Plumbing deserve a good one from me. They came recommended from a coworker of my wife. They came out to give me a quote for a bathroom remodel. They found more serious issues with our plumbing, given the 1967 age. They gave me a quote, I agreed. They came out for 2 days, as many as 5 guys, and worked like crazy. They did way more than I asked, set the tub, etc and still came in 25% under the estimate. They easily could have charged a couple thousand more than they did, I still would have been happy!!! I now have both Nick and Kyle in my phone and have no need to call anyone else for the next bathroom...read full review
Nick and Kyle were great and went above and beyond to replace and rework drain pipes in our older home. Very reasonably priced and did an excellent job from planning to execution. The end result is very clean and looks great. Will definitely be contacting them for future plumbing needs. Thanks again!
