This company is 10 star on a 5 star scale!!! They got me in touch with a technician right away. He called and promised to be to my place within the hour. He was here in half an hour. He not only got me a new fob going, he was able to keep the old key WHICH I FOUND 2 minutes after he got here!!! Now I have a good backup key. Extremely friendly and competent technician.

We had an excellent experience with Matt from Pop-A-Lock. After another company tried and failed(in fact made the situation worse) to program a new key for my husband’s car (and we had no replacement key at all), Matt went above and beyond to get the job done. He communicated clearly throughout the entire process, was honest about what to expect, and most importantly — he kept his word. He showed up when he said he would and followed through until the issue was resolved. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, integrity, and professionalism so well. We are incredibly grateful for his help and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing locksmith services.

I lost my only key.
Losing my only key was frustrating. I got a second key with with personalized “to my door” service and payed half of what a dealer would charge me for ONE key.
I could have spent twice as much at the dealer. I would have had ALSO to pay for towing.
Instead I spent half as much and they came to my door.
I talked to a human. The process was easy. They were on time. They were fast. They were great people who did a fantastic job with personalized service.
Matt and Brandon treated me like a friend.
