I’v been to this podiatrist several times and when I’m seen I received good care so why is it that I’ m showed to the treatment room and have to wait 2 hours and no one comes in to check on me or to see if I need anything so I had to use the restroom so I put on my sock and shoes and left this has happened before I won’t be back Because there has to be more considerate people out there

The whole office is full of AMAZING caring staff, who really take time to make sure your taken care of. Dr. Sandra and Dr. James both are knowledgeable caring doctors who put your care and recovery first. The ladies in the office are friendly and show true compassion and empathy for us. Savanna, Bree and Stacey have been nothing short of amazing whenever I came in contact with them. If you are in need of a podiatrist, please try them you won’t be disappointed.

Comfortable environment. Staff is friendly. Dr Raynor is personable and thorough. Had a procedure done that has healed well.

Excellente.' My right foot was killing me. With treatment and foot supports my right foot has reached perfection. I can walk again. No more limping and sliding. I will be back. Now due to old age my left foot needs to be corrected. Will be seeing you all soon. Thank you good people.

I wish I would have read the reviews before making my appointment. My appointment was at 3 pm, I arrived at 2:45 to fill out my paperwork. Completed by 2:55.I was called back at 3:45, 45 min past my appointment time, to a room.At 4:45 I still had not seen a doctor and technically their office closes at 4 pm. I left the room and went to the front desk to inform them. All of the office staff was very nice but as I was explaining I waited 2 hours past my appointment time and was never seen, I was leaving. The staff did apologize but I could tell be the looks on several of their faces and in speaking to them, this is quite normal. When I make an appointment I do not plan on it being hours to be seen. That’s the whole point of an appointment.

I’ve never had to go to a foot doctor until last year in October and all I can say is that I’ve came a long way from what another doctor did too me doctor Tan is the best foot surgeon and doctor I could’ve asked for I’m very sad to see him go because he really genuinely cares about his patients and helped me as I was going through family issues when I had surgery he kept my sister my Son and my friend informed with my recovery and he always asked me how things were going because he knew what I was going through in my marriage as well and it helped me heal and become so much better thanks Dr. Tan I’m so sad to see you go sending prayers to you on your new journey safe travels and blessings to you you truly rock! ???

First I want to say I was treated wonderfully by the south location and Dr. Miller! the only reason I would not recommend is because of the billing department and their customer service. I have made contact at least 6 separate times over a 6 month period to get a refund from my first visit. I paid for my visit and insoles in August 2023 because they did not bill my insurance. I had to contact them and request that they bill insurance because it would be a covered expense. They billed insurance in October 2023 and insurance covered it. I keep contacting billing, but it's December 2023 and I still don't have a refund. Great treatment from the doctor isn't worth 6 months of unnecessary trouble. There are other good doctors without this headache!
