“Excellent Care at Community Surgery Center North:
It was incredibly reassuring to speak with my surgeon, Dr. Jason Cacioppo, before my procedure. He took the time to mark the site and clearly explain the plan once again. While this was my fourth surgery overall—and my third with Dr. Cacioppo—I am incredibly hopeful that this will finally be the last one and that it won't grow back. I love this staff, but I truly hope I don't have to keep coming back for this procedure!
The entire team was phenomenal:
- [ ] Cynthia in reception has been wonderful every single time. She is incredibly personable and always does a great job explaining everything clearly. On my last surgery,
- [ ] Kate, the patient representative, was friendly and informative. Even though my sister initially declined a text code, she changed her mind later; when I went back to request it, Cynthia kindly provided it without hesitation.
- [ ] The Pre-op nurse, Mary, was thoughtful and brought me an extra warm blanket and turned off the lights to help with my headache. The care here is consistently excellent.
- [ ] The OR Nurses (Sandy, Jennifer R., and Megan): Extremely friendly, competent, and supportive. They worked seamlessly with the team. Their collective experience and knowledge gave me complete confidence.
- [ ] The Anesthesiologist: Did a fantastic job explaining everything and keeping me comfortable. Best of all, I had absolutely no post-op nausea, which was wonderful.
- [ ] The PACU Nurse (Pam): Exceptional and incredibly patient. She thoroughly went over the discharge instructions with both me and my sister. She patiently answered my repeated questions, and made sure got into the car safely.
I highly recommend Dr. Jason Cacioppo, his wonderful team, and the Community Surgery Center North for anyone needing care.”
