The physical therapists are great. I've mainly worked with Cara, and she is kind and empathetic. The facility is in a great location, it's clean, well maintained, and has good equipment

Today was my 2nd session, 3rd if you count the eval. In just three short weeks I noticed such a difference in my posture, gait, & confidence. Originally, I was cautious because of how small the location was as I came from the Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana, but my physical therapist, Amber, and my occupational therapist, Jessie, encourage and support me in every way possible and are very straight forward regarding my recovery & progress. Community Health Network has NEVER failed me and I am very happy I switched locations because I am more confident in my healing after everything I’ve been through, looking for to the future with this location.
EDIT: I ended up leaving this facility as my HIPAA law was violated. I sat in the lobby and waited for my OT services and after realizing that they hadn’t called me back for services and all my information was told to me loudly in the waiting lobby. I won’t go into much detail but I was so embarrassed and tried to still go through with treatment until we got back into the room and Jessie stated “if it makes you feel better, most of our patients have Medicaid” which didn’t make me feel better because there is no privacy and that was another HIPAA violation. I do miss my physical therapist but I wouldn’t come back to the location. IU Neuro Rehab has been treating me well. Please train on privacy and discretion. Professionalism goes out the window once you are an established patient.

Clean, easy and plenty parking. Friendly front staff. The therapist was nice. Not condescending, taking time to explain things and gave me a clear plan of how to proceed.
