I have been going to Kathleen for laser hair removal for a few sessions now and she been nothing but professional and friendly, and makes me feel very comfortable. At a previous salon, I was severely burned by the laser due to how dark my skin is. With Kathleen, I have never been burned and she is very thorough with the areas she treats.
