We were very dissatisfied with the company we were using, and Perdue was recommended to us. Jared came to assess our situation and promptly evaluated the issues and solved them. He was everything I could ever hope to have service our needs. He was so professional, so knowledgeable and thorough, explaining everything so clearly throughout the visit, leaving no messes behind and wearing shoe footies while in our home. He is amazing, and I am so grateful to him for his honesty, kindness, and his work ethics, and for Perdue’s wonderful staff and their dedication to those they serve. Responsive | Honest | Reliable Too many times we have become jaded when it come to HVAC repair. NO SUCH ISSUES with Perdue / Swift Air. Took my call and concerns. Set a realistic appt. and showed up prepared to deliver. Deliver they did! Service technician, Allen, was courteous, patient, and informative. Saw the issue(s) and explained next steps . . . but only with my understanding and permission. Mad respect! He then went directly to work to resolve the problems. Afterward I was given helpful instructions on how to to keep the system healthy and working well. Truly, I can recommend these folks for emergencies and even more so for ongoing HVAC care. The technician Jared was one of the NICEST persons I have ever dealt with for HVAC. He was kind, considerate of our home, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to explain every step and gave me lots of tips on how to extend the life of my system. He arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. He is an asset to your company.
