From the very beginning, the experience was extremely disappointing. I personally visited your location on two separate occasions prior to my appointment to schedule the service and clearly explain my situation, so a smoother and more prepared experience was expected.
When I arrived for my scheduled appointment with my vehicle via tow, the representative who initially assisted me seemed unsure of the process and provided little guidance before passing me to Shaun. Additionally, no one extended the courtesy to assist with the tow truck driver, which was unexpected.
My 2021 Chevrolet Corvette C8 (white) was then left outside for approximately four weeks. During that time, I attempted to communicate with the General Manager, but I did not receive clear answers and felt that my concerns were not being addressed. I was also told that once the vehicle was ready, it would be returned cleaned and properly serviced.
However, what was supposed to be a simple inspection and general service ended up taking over a month. I was charged approximately $1,000, and when I received my vehicle, it was returned dirty, poorly handled, and without even basic protective measures such as floor coverings. The interior was visibly stained, and the overall condition was unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the General Manager was not available at the time of pickup, and the lack of professionalism at the front desk only added to the frustration.
This entire experience fell far below expectations, especially considering the type of vehicle and the level of service that should be provided for a Chevrolet Corvette.
