Amazing work. We had urine stains on a beautiful and expensive wool rug due to fostering a dog. The work was amazing. The urine stains are gone, the smell is so clean and the rug looks like new. Great service and excellent work.
Michael was awesome! He told me so much about my rug and helped me decide if cleaning was worth it. When I decided it was not, he even offered to dispose of my rug!
