Had leaks from previous roofing company, our roof was only 3 years old. They had come out once to fix but still had leaks. Called Open Box they came and inspected, gave quote and scheduled the repair. Did not have to be there for the repair gentleman called and gave update and sent photos. Was very pleasant. We would use them again.
Just got my roof replaced by Open Box. Aaron walked me through the process step-by-step, and there were no hidden fees. He told me he was the best in the business and he backed it up. They left the property and the yard almost better condition than when they got there. This is the second roof I’ve had replaced in my life, and this process was by far superior than the last company. 10 for 10 would recommend.
Matthew did a great job communicating on what was a necessary repair versus a cosmetic. He was quick at getting quotes as well. I highly recommend Matthew for your roofing/siding needs
