Exteriors by Window Makeover

Exteriors by Window Makeover has repaired, restored and replaced windows across the Indianapolis metro since 1999. Customers have used the business for many years on several window projects and have always been satisfied. One of the biggest jobs yet was replacing a large foyer window at the front entrance, with paint matched on the window trim and extra painting of the front door and front porch trim, and the job came in on time and on budget. Another job included an exterior door, screen door and two windows, and the team did what they said with no BS pricing, from the sales person to the installers, who worked very hard to make the experience successful. The business also made three trips on a small repair because the parts were difficult to get, made little money and provided excellent customer service like it was a big job. The team was the only company out of a few that knew how to replace fascia that got blown off a roof edge, came out when they said they would, got the job done and went above and beyond by leaving a couple spare pieces in case they are needed in the future. The business was able to schedule a customer within a day, and the problem was figured out within a few seconds and fixed when multiple handymen could not figure out the problem. A drafty window in a home nursery was repaired by a professional and friendly team member who arrived on time and quickly assessed the issue, realigning the window to eliminate the loud wind noise.
