Poor experience. I came in with clear throat and sinus symptoms, but the provider barely checked me and tried to prescribe medication for an unrelated issue. No real explanation or empathy. Told me to “take Tylenol and chill” I went to another urgent care afterward and received an accurate diagnosis. They still charged me for a visit that didn’t address my actual symptoms. I wouldn’t return. Ever. Believe the low ratings.

Brought my mom to Olivers. What a great group of people who treated her with dignity, kindness and respect. She wants to go back and talks about the ‘ladies’ and how nice they were to her. Thank you to all who cared for her !

The providers at Oliver Family Healthcare have changed my life. I struggled with undiagnosed and disregarded symptoms with the other offices that I had been to before. Not only do they listen to me at Oliver, but they are thorough and treat me as a person. I see Natalie Macdonald as my main provider and she has always been kind and is very easy to talk to. I can usually make an appointment the same week and if I need something same day, I know that I can walk in and see someone anytime. I've seen Amanda and Staci over on the urgent care side and I receive just as wonderful care. I have recommended many of my friends and family to this office and they have also had good experiences.

My first time here and it was not what I expected it to be. First all they overcharged me my benefits shows clearly my Co payments then I get to see this so called doctor she had no clue what she was talking about and she was using Google the entire time she couldn't even pronounce the words the entire place is ran by incompetent people the manager is the worse she should not be dealing with customers at all I will be disputing this claim when they send it in and im reporting to the bbb. Avoid this place there are far better places to go and who won't use Google to diagnose you. TERRIBLE.

I have never been so disrespected by a doctors office in my life . The treatment I received from Lisa the supposed office manager was unprofessional and to say the least my personal Business disclose in front of the doctors office was unprofessional and downright out disrespectful. Dr. Oliver’s office has been my doctor house about five years old. I am appalled by the treatment that I received even after I called and asked to speak to Chris Brinkley basically was told by this lady. happen she refused, and then, after telling my business in the front of the office that I’ve been dismissed from the practice and called a deadbeat who doesn’t pay their bill in front of other people who are in the doctors office to say lease. I would never recommend this doctors office when this is my doctors office for probably 30 years. I am am Disgusted by the treatment that I received. Basically called a liar and a deadbeat in the front of a doctors office. Then when I called up there and asked to speak to Chris Brinkley, this Lisa girl who is supposed to office manager was hung up on when I asked to leave a message for Chris . Almost my entire family had been a patient of Dr Oliver’s and I am completely By the unprofessionalism and the treatment Front office of the doctors office.

I this place and they wouldn’t even see me saying because I’m doing a follow up for my car accident it’s self pay which I never heard of before and they crazy part is my physical therapist referred me to them it sounded like a scam to me the lady said I would have to pay cash which is crazy!!!!!!

I used to be a patient about 10 years ago then my insurance changed and I couldn't go to this clinic anymore. My insurance has since changed again, allowing me to return to this clinic. It has changed so much, and not in a good way. My prescriber has caused me so much discomfort and undue suffering. I have reached out trying to change the doctor I'm currently seeing to another doctor as I'm now uncomfortable with the quality of my current one. Only to be ignored and treated like I don't matter. I am so disappointed with this place! It has gone down TREMENDOUSLY and it is a shame because it really used to be a great place!

I called the other day and a lady told me they would be open today the 24th from 8-12 i drove 40 min and they were closed with no notice and the website even said they were open i will never go back to this place again wow great way to run a business maybe hire people who know what there talking about
