The providers at Oliver Family Healthcare have changed my life. I struggled with undiagnosed and disregarded symptoms with the other offices that I had been to before. Not only do they listen to me at Oliver, but they are thorough and treat me as a person. I see Natalie Macdonald as my main provider and she has always been kind and is very easy to talk to. I can usually make an appointment the same week and if I need something same day, I know that I can walk in and see someone anytime. Throughout all of our moves i will gladly make the now hour-long drive to stay here. I see Dr. MacDonald and both she and the nurses before I see her treat me with care and patience despite doctor visits being a bit nerve wracking for me. My concerns are never dismissed and they are very helpful. I also want to give some appreciation to their phlebotomist Alicia for making my blood draw quick and tolerable!
