I learned that a home I was selling had a couple of ceramic pipe collapses and that my repair obligation included pipes under the street to the water main. What a nightmare!! I chose NuFlow to minimize yard damage. They were terrific to work with, kept their word and communicated well and respectfully. I’m not sure I saved any $$ over a plumber, but they obviously knew what they were doing with permits,etc.and provided a transferable warranty. Highly recommend.
They were very knowledgeable and got me a new water heater installed right away! Also gave me helpful tips to make things more efficient and protect the new water heater. Also installed a new shower head which works great!!
A few weeks ago, we had the unfortunate experience of a broken main drain line coming out of our house. NuFlow was awesome to deal with in a very stressful situation from beginning to the end.. Bobby was very helpful, informative and easy to work with on the front end. Once he set everything up, the crew showed up on time, did an excellent job, were friendly, and were super sensitive to not damaging the rest of the yard and cleaning up. They finished on time and it was almost not noticeable from the street that they’d dig the yard on the side of our house to replace the clean out line, that’s how well they cleaned up and how careful they were.
