Carter’s Plumbing was fantastic! Isaiah was on time, professional, and extremely helpful. He took the time to explain my issue, offered valuable suggestions without trying to sell me services I didn’t need, and focused on the right solution instead of creating unnecessary work on a potential bathroom leak issue. He also did a fantastic job troubleshooting and repairing an old rusted, non-working outdoor spigot including cutting and replacing a piece of copper pipe and a rusted valve that I wasn’t sure could be fixed.
