Norman and Miller Eyecare - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

This was my first visit. My original optometrist retired and my records were eventually shuffled here. Another doctor in the my old office moved here as well, and I've now started seeing her. The transition started with a hiccup that is no fault to this office, but I'm glad I made it here. The from office staff are nice and friendly and uses the same modern equipment i was accustomed to at my old office. My annual eye exams are now in the hands of Dr. Helton and her team.

Top notch quality of care and customer service.The office staff are welcoming, funny, friendly, polite, and professional. The dr’s and technicians apply that same attitude and are clearly very skilled and knowledgeable in what they are doing.Standout things I noticed from my appointment include;- Office staff ensure all of your information (insurance/billing info, relevant medical history, etc) is collected and organized PRIOR to your appointment using an online booking system. You walk right in, where you’re warmly greeted and checked in. Dr Giltner was great! I was having issues with my current prescription and she was able to get me a new Rx that doesn't give me any headaches and I can actually see again! Everyone was super friendly and pleasant. I absolutely would recommend Norman and Miller Eyecare
