Just tried this salon, it is beautiful and all that jazz but my nails chipped by day two. I got a no-chip mani and reg. pedi. Not the most comfortable to sit for the pedi but it was quick. I already made an appointment to go back to fix this chip but I’ve never had my nails chip before. This seems to be a pattern if you read other reviews. Don’t get it done here if you are planning on leaving for a vacation or something as the policy is only within a week.
Had my first (and last) pedi here on Friday, Sept. 6. Location is hard to find (call to store resulted in a call back from a centralized call center, so not helpful in finding the location); parking difficult (paid, metered parking); and the pedi was just okay. Wasn't busy at all when I was there, and my tech appeared to be fresh out of nail tech school. My paint chipped within 24 hours. The actual shop is rather nice but not nice enough to return.
My nails have never been better! The attention to detail on every aspect is amazing, and I’ve never stuck with one nail place for more than a couple months. I’m sticking with this one for the long run!
