They suck! Obviously not customer centered! Getting an "account" is more important than customer service! Threatened to call the police because I complained about the stylist who rolled her eyes, and told her "you can take care of this" when I said I didn't want to make an account!

I went in for my undercut to be cut down. There's notes in the system with how it's supposed to be. It was not cut down enough. The other Great Clips I have been to (here and in Michigan) have been able to get low each time no issues. This was the first time it was not cut down low enough. I also did not like that my neck hairline was pushed up. I don't like it being purposely receded. I also don't like how the neckline was curved around the edges and rounded at the bottom. I just wanted my basic and that wasn't what happened. The staff were very friendly and nice considered that they were open on a Hallmark holiday.

My stylist was very nice. My haircut was was sos so, I will give them another try I have been going to the same salon for over 12 years, they is so much turn over,
