Vicky does an amazing job at the front desk—she’s welcoming, organized, and makes check-in easy. Tiffany is a fantastic optician and very knowledgeable when it comes to helping patients choose the perfect glasses. Brandon is a great manager who leads the team well.

I actually love my experience with this location, have been going here years. For the life of me though, I don’t understand the text on Fridays saying no you can pick up frames but they are closed on Fridays while the other locations are open seems like all the time. I think I might have to switch because I never know when I need services and so quickly. Like today FRIDAY my currents are broke and they message me saying they are ready but closed 🤷🏾‍♂️

Anali and Dr. Brar were so kind and informative. They answered all my questions and made the eye exam process so easy. I didn’t get any assistance when choosing glasses and was left to wander, I wish I would’ve received help to find glasses that would frame my face nicely. Also, when I chose the Prada sunglasses for a price check the lady at the front desk made a comment that rubbed me the wrong way like if I couldn’t afford the glasses. I wouldn’t have asked for a price check if I couldn’t afford it.
