The biggest problem with my service was that Brittany reuses the wax sticks, contaminating the wax pot she uses with multiple clients. This unsanitary practice, coupled with the large patches of hair remaining on my legs and my eyebrows being visibly uneven, had me walking to the parking lot in tears. I will not be returning, even after I was so hopeful after contacting and scheduling with her via Instagram.

I first came to Brittany for a bikini wax (which is also amazing), and came back for microneedling. Brittany's microneedling method has completely transformed my skin. I have struggled with acne for almost 20 years and had given up that I would ever have smooth skin. I have tried everything; Proactiv, Accutane for 1+ year, laser treatments for scaring for 1+ year, minocycline and doxycycline each for +1 year, Differin, and so many other products. Each of these things moderately helped, but nothing completely got rid of my acne and or touched my scarring. Brittany's microneedling has improved both, dramatically, AND decreased fine lines. Her microneedling is very effective, and not only that, she guided me on how to care for and improve my skin between sessions. Brittany was able to isolate that I had fungal acne as well as bacterial and hormonal, and solved the puzzle of my skin when so many other professionals could not. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her work. I high recommend her services. I am more confident and have younger looking skin than ever before! Thank you Brittany!!

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but this was quite upsetting. She wasn’t really prepared which I usually don’t mind if the rest of the experience is good. She was talkative and I felt comfortable with her but I was left with patches and bruises. I didn’t get to look at the job she did until I got home and was very disappointed. I saw that she had great reviews so maybe I was just expecting more for my first wax but now I have to find a way to get it fixed in time.
