I can't recommend Josh enough! As a busy, working parent of two, trying to have big athletic goals in my 30s, working with a PT is something that I put off for too long. Josh helped me work through several different issues in my shoulder, knee, and ankle/foot and his help has allowed me to get back to doing the things that I love, pain free! I've learned so much along the way, he is able to break down why certain muscles and systems might be overworked and how they are all connected, causing more issue. Learning from him has increased my confidence and encouraged me to listen to my own body, understand why something is hurting + know how to correct on my own!

Several years ago, I had surgery on my right shoulder due to a torn bicep. My wife, a nurse, had gone to a Physical Therapist (PT) for her knee replacement. She had a lot of good things to say about him. She also felt he was highly educated. So I went to him.
