Morellis Carmel North staff was friendly and professional. And I was extremely impressed with the final result from the cleaning of my specialty item/coat (which is also 25 years old). They met the time commitment they provided me, at a reasonable rate, and provided A+ service.

First time customer and had a fantastic experience. I dropped off 6 tablecloths and had requested one be available “earlier” than they had originally promised. When I went to pick up, they were all ready early. Great service & friendly staff…will definitely use them moving forward!

In addition to praising the exceptional, high quality cleaning and pressing of shirts, dry cleaning & cleaning of household items, I must give a shout out to Monteal for knowing her customers and constantly troubleshooting. She checks that my order is how I want it because she detects a difference in how I perhaps normally have my items cleaned or pressed. Especially if I drop off on a day when someone else is working. She is friendly, kind and really takes ownership of her role at the counter. Thank you, Mr. Ellis, for assembling a quality team.
