On behalf of the entire Farm Credit Mid-America Scholars group, I want shout out the outstanding service Miller Transportation provided during our time in Louisville. The team was punctual, professional and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. What truly stood out, however, was Miller Transportation’s (and Richard’s) willingness to go above and beyond by traveling to Cincinnati to assist us back to Louisville when we were unexpectedly stranded at the airport. Their support during that last-minute and stressful moment made a world of difference, and we are grateful for the flexibility and care Miller Transportation showed our students.

My son’s school system contracts with this company. They are unprofessional, to put it nicely. His bus has been on time after school literally less than five times this academic year; usually 10-15min late every day. Today, the K-12 students were running 30 minutes late coming home. This was not the first time. I called their home office; no apologies provided. No improvements have occurred throughout this school year.
Literally, bathroom accidents are on the verge of occurring during the adult human errors that they put these kids through.

Bus 9425 almost killed me today.. was driving through downtown indianapolis had this driver carelessly speeding and nearly clipped my suv with me and MY CHILD inside. Be warned when you see these drivers, miller very obviously isn’t very selective.
