Cassandra was amazing and helped me a lot during post partum! I definitely recommend her to anyone who needs pelvic floor help! She is very knowledgeable and I enjoyed talking to her! Everyone was always super friendly there, it is a great place to go!
I’m normally not one to fill out a review. Although this place changed my mind. I’ve had some on and off hip pain for the past few months. I figured it was due to excessive CrossFit movements and my age catching up to me. Plus I don’t always stretch well before a workout. In early November I decided to connect with Brad and see how I could get an appointment. For the last six weeks I’ve been coming to Milestone Physical Therapy once or twice a week to help my TFL. Brad said we needed to strengthen my muscle since I sit at a desk 40 hours a week. Brad, Danielle, Cassandra, and Dave have been nothing short of amazing.
