Cassandra was amazing and helped me a lot during post partum! I definitely recommend her to anyone who needs pelvic floor help! She is very knowledgeable and I enjoyed talking to her! Everyone was always super friendly there, it is a great place to go!
I have never done physical therapy before, but this place is truly amazing. They knew me by name as I walked in having never met me before. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The trainers interaction with me and the other patients was done with genuine care and professionalism. I would recommend this place to anyone!
After sixteen months of dealing with severe siatic nerve pain leading to lower back and leg stiffness I began receiving treatments at Milstone Pysical therapy. I had previously sought help from three different chiropractors, and had recieved two cortisone shots that only brought days of relief. It became hard to walk, sit, stand, drive, and most of all sleep. Thankfully with Brad, Dave, and Jaxsons help I was able to stop taking multiple meds. I also began sleeping at night. The pain that had me so stiff subsided enough that I am able to walk, sit or stand as well as bend twice as far as before I started therapy just ten weeks earlier.
