Brady and his crew showed up within 90 minutes of our call for help with a water leak. He is a very knowledgeable young man whose attention to detail was impressive. Every day for 4 days he came to the house to perform a moisture update. Brady sure helped us in our time of need

We called Michaelis to inspect our basement before we began a renovation as we have an old home (1930s).
Nick Davis came out when promised and did a thousand inspection, and gave us several options and did not try to upsell us. He also told us our basement was fine and it was just a factor of old cinder block and did not need additional water prevention.
