Trinda is awesome! I had practically given up on full range of motion for my rotator cuff; I had an injury for 1.5 years. In a matter of a few weeks, Trinda made my injury a thing of the past! She is very knowledgeable and because she teaches PT, she stays very up-to-date and cutting edge. Can't recommend her enough!

I can't recommend her highly enough. I have been to physical therapy for chronic low back problems off and an for 20 years. I never felt that it helped much but in the absence of other options I kept trying. I found Trinda Metzger's contact info through a Yoga Facebook group and held onto it hoping I wouldn't need it. When I did need it Trinda got me in quickly for an appointment. The initial evaluation was thorough and she put the same kind of time and thought into each appointment.
