Masters installed the HVAC in our new home in 2021, we moved in early 2022. Winter of 2023 furnace started falling when temperature went below freezing. They gave us a workaround, which worked but was a pain to do. Last week the workaround failed, so we called them out. They were stumped, but kept investigating. They ultimately replaced a control board and another part, and now the furnace works as expected! Thanks to Jacob, Skip, and Mike for sticking with it & figuring out the issue! And thanks to Masters for covering labor under warranty! Very much appreciated!
I would definitely recommend Masters! Matt Wattle was our service technician and he did an amazing job getting our AC back up and running quickly! He was polite and professional and made sure I knew exactly what was going on.
I called Masters Heating & Cooling for same day service on a Saturday and was very impressed with them. Our AC unit stopped blowing cold air and a heat wave was expected over the next few days plus we have an 11 month old baby. Our tech Mike arrived to our house in under 40 minutes! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed our unit quickly and we are very thankful!
